Upon purchasing detailed access (e.g., "Lifetime Pass"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design templates, code snippets, and assets for:

• Personal projects
• Commercial projects for yourself or your clients
• Unlimited number of end products

You are NOT allowed to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code or design files as standalone products.
• Create a competing product that primarily derives its value from our templates (e.g., a "Perfecto Design Clone").
• Share your account credentials with others to bypass our licensing system.

3. Payments & Refunds

One-Time Payment: Our primary offering is a one-time payment for lifetime access. This grants you access to all current and future premium content without recurring fees.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable code and design assets), all sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by local law. Please review the previews and free templates carefully before purchasing.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content you create using our templates), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Perfecto Design and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer

Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Perfecto Design makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our Service, the accuracy or completeness of the content, or that the templates will meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall Perfecto Design be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
